Should we not debate on the unconstitutional move of President of Nepal

Plato the philosopher of ancient Greece had drafted the norms and values of state and government, after the death of socrate which had deeply affected his thoughts and made him to such conclusion. From since then thoughts, ways, principles and philosophies in relation to state have been ever changing or developing. The ideas of democracy, personal freedom and constitution has reached to a situation as can be said developed for the ground reality today.
But recent development in Nepali politics in Nepali politics proves the aliveness of Marxism. It says the class in power will only appreciate norms and values or constitution until it fulfills their class interest and will not hesitate to go against it paying any price. President of Nepal and other related parties who shout for freedom and constitution are today them self against it. The decision of executive was openly challenged by a ceremonial head of the state, which is nowhere mentioned in the interim constitution. And this is not only the limit but they go as far as to block the issue to be debated in the people's elected house. They themselves challenge their own system of governance. The hunger to misuse the power has made them such downtrodden that the loosing candidate and non candidates of election are now in the government.
The only conclusion to such a situation remains is the Direct Democracy. People those who had voted should now decide their fate themselves. They know the situation better and can handle better.

Army Integration a Major Question

The politics of Nepal has come through various turns and twists. The major change was on 22ND of November 2005 when the Nepalese people had come down roaring in the streets. The major two powers, the Royal Nepali Army and the Peoples Liberation Army had come to compromise. The downfall of Monarchy had shown a new face of Democracy in our country. From that time since new trends showed their face in Nepal's politics, clarifying new tendencies of political parties. The so called superpowers of Nepal were watching their dusk while the others were enjoying their legitimate dawn.
Nobody can ruin the history of P.L.A. which had already proved its worth fighting for the people. The birth of it was "FOR THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE and TO THE PEOPLE". It always stood for the truth and is still standing like a mountain unearthed by any tornadoes or typhoons. Nobody can deny, it is only due to the P.L.A that King could not usurp. The so called N.A was still faithful to the royals, which was and is still not a surprise. The only pain still remain is the double standard character of the Political Parties. The chameleons had said something else while signing the 12 points agreements and today they are speaking with the help of some other tongue.
The question is why P.L.A cannot be the formal power of our country? Some present market logic says "P.L.A is affiliated to Maoists or Maoism". Now I don't understand under what logic some people accept R.N.A as N.A. and not P.L.A. Royal Nepali Army had always served the Royals as its name stands for, while the P.L.A was and is always for the general people in its prime base.
The R.N.A had shown its old character just a few days back. According to the past Peace Agreement under the supervision of U.N., no army was allowed any new recruits. This did not pinch the Army headquarter, lagging behind the government's orders and peace agreements it openly recruited. This proves how much responsible is the army to the peoples elected government.
The dream of NEW NEPAL is only possible with the formation of NEW ARMY. Both armies should be integrated into one powerful National Army which will protect our nationality, integrity, and sovereignty in its real form. We dream to make it successful and we will. We are intend to do so.
